FairyBrook's COVID-19 Response

Like many businesses, we too have been impacted by COVID-19 in multiple different ways.  The health and safety of our team members and customers are of the utmost importance to us and we have tailored our response based on the needs of everyone.

Some of our products have a longer lead time than they did before as one of our warehouses is operating with reduced staffing so that social distance measures can be observed in accordance with local rules and regulations and to help ensure the safety of our team members.

Other products are shipping as normal since those facilities already operated with lean staffing and social distancing measures are in place. To tell which is which, please see the lead time on the product pages for the current processing times.

The biggest impact to us and our customers is the cancellation of almost all of our 2020 in-person show & festival schedule because these venues cannot adequately put in place social distancing measures.  While we still have a few shows in the fall that are watching and waiting before making our final decisions, we've had to prepare for not seeing any of you at all this year.

We will continue to monitor the situation for all of our locations and will evolve and make changes for the continued health of everyone involved.
